TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all browsers of trommpo.com & customers who place orders with TROMMPO SRL, at trommpo.com. By either browsing or placing an order, you enter into an agreement with us and accept these Terms and Conditions.
Trommpo SRL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information you forward to TROMMPO will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings TROMMPO have and to assure you the best service.
TROMMPO will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent.
If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
If you wish to end your subscription of information from TROMMPO, please send an email to customer.service@trommpo.com

PRICING

Prices are shown in American Dollars (USD) for all shipping countries except for shipments to addresses in Uruguay, where prices will be shown in Uruguayan Pesos (UYU) only.
All prices displayed in the TROMMPO online store include Uruguayan Taxes that apply to each destination country.
Prices do not include customs taxes that may be generated locally by the destination country.
All prices and information related to Trommpo products at www.trommpo.com can be subject to change.

CHECKOUT

To checkout you need to follow the prompts indicated on the website.
Before confirming your payment (which includes the price of the product, Uruguayan taxes and shipping costs) you may review and make any changes if necessary.
TROMMPO reserves the right to reject purchases made by anyone under 18years old.
Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive a confirmation by email. A second email will be sent confirming shipping and tracking number.
We can not guarantee availability of all our products; in the case we are out of stock of the item/s ordered we will contact you by email immediately.
Payments made by VISA are only deducted once our sock has been checked.
Payments made by Mastercard will be deducted at checkout; a refund for any item out of stock will be credited back as soon as possible.
TROMMPO reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item, or of orders, being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

PAYMENT

The payments methods valid in Trommpo.com are Visa or Paypal. For customers in Uruguay there is an option to reserve your items online and arrange for them to be collected in person from our shop or other pre-designated address where payment will be taken in cash/credit card.
All credit card transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. Our site is SSL certified which guaranties the security of Trommpo.com.
You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Trommpo is not responsible for delays, or rejection of payments caused by Visa or Paypal.
Should there be insufficient stock or a need to refund you Trommpo is responsible for notifying your credit card company to issue that refund.
These conditions apply to all clients who make purchases at trommpo.com
We do not accept orders via email.

CHANGES TO YOUR PLACED ORDER

Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email; you can not make any changes to that order. However, if an order has not already been charged or shipped Trommpo will do whatever possible to cancel or make changes to an order upon request. If an order has been charged or shipped a refund or exchange can be requested after receiving your goods and following the refund/exchange policy guidelines.
Requests to make changes or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is your responsibility to contact TROMMPO at customer.service@trommpo.com as soon as possible.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, TAX, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to.
TROMMPO will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching orders. TROMMPO will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sale and peak periods where this may take longer.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. TROMMPO is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping within Uruguayan territory is free.
International shipping for orders over USD 149, is Free.
purchases under USD 150.00 are as follows:

Zone 2 USA & Canada USD 38
Zone 3 Europe USD 42
Zone 4 Asia & Middle East USD 45
Zone 5 Rest of the world USD 60

These costs apply to packages under 2.5kilos. We will contact you should your order weigh more than this to discuss any additional shipping fees before shipment.
Shipping fees are not inclusive of import fees or any local taxes/charges that could be applicable when the package reaches your destination country.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

TROMMPO will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your product you have 20 days from the dispatch date to make any claim. The procedure to refund/exchange your item/s is:
Send us an email to customer.service@trommpo.com including: your reason for returning/exchanging your item, order reference number and item code/s that appear under each bar code of the item/s you are returning/exchanging.
We will reply by email with our authorization for returning/exchanging your item/s.
After receiving our response send your item/s with the completed return/exchange form that originally arrived with your item/s.
Please ship the items in the post to us; we're not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service to make sure they arrive safely.

The product/s that you return must be in perfect condition, with the original tags & labels. We do not accept worn, used or washed item/s.
You are responsible for all the costs of shipping and taxes generated by returning/exchanging your items/s unless your goods are faulty or an error occurred in shipping the goods to you in which case Trommpo will of course be responsible for these costs.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to purchase those goods or you may opt for store credit in your Trommpo account. Store credit will appear in your account and be available for your next purchase with Trommpo.
Items purchased in our online store can only be exchanged in our online store or our own shop in Montevideo but cannot be returned or exchanged at any other online or physical store who sell Trommpo worldwide.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

All rights, including copyrights at trommpo.com remain with TROMMPO SRL. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

APPLICABLE BY LAW

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or with the use of the website or with any purchase on the website shall be governed by Uruguayan law. TROMMPO may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.
